ATTEMPTING SOMETHING, a weekend of loud nights from Another Subculture.

Punk/DIY/????, three nights in good rooms in south London, with all profits going to MAP and other organisations on the ground in Palestine. 🎵🎸🍉❗

Lineup A-Z so far: BENNY LAGER & THE TOPS, DEAD NAME, GAMMA, GIMIC, GRAZIA, HOLIDAY GHOSTS, KENO, MARCEL WAVE, MEGZBOW & VINEGAR TOM, NO HOME, SUBLUX, R. AGGS, RUBBER, VAIAPRAIA and VIRVON VARVON, with more to be announced. The weekend plan:

21.11.2024 from 19:00 – noise, synth, loops at SPANNERS, Brixton
22.11.2024 from 18:00 – hardcore, metallics, jumping around at AVALON CAFE, New Cross
23.11.2024 from 15:00 – all day jangle, garage rockers, dancing at the IVY HOUSE, Nunhead

This early bird weekend pass will allow you into all three nights and save you at least a tenner on buying separate tickets (or over a fiver if you’re buying an unwaged pass).

You will be doing a favour by shoring up venue and artist fees, and most importantly: you will receive an OFFICIAL BADGE in the post, so please provide your address. (Don’t worry, this is not your ticket; your name will be on the door so do not worry about leaving it on your jacket when it’s in the wash. Badges will be homemade and may differ from this artist’s impression.)

Individual tickets will go on sale in September via WeGotTickets; full lineups and splits will be revealed in due course. Waged and unwaged tiers will be available for every night, and there will be livestreams on AS’ YouTube so get in the chatroom. IT IS PUNK TIME AGAIN.
